Stuart Walker, founder

I started Grove Foundry to cut the distance between strategy and results. Whether that means leading the work or working alongside your team, the approach is the same: direct, efficient, and accountable.

Over five years I have worked across government, private sector, and not-for-profit organisations at every scale. From managing ad budgets over $500,000 a month to building websites and measurement systems for growing local businesses. The thread through all of it is the same: connect what you are doing to what you are getting.

I start by understanding what is already there. I build the campaigns, the websites, and the systems that tie them together. When you work with me, you get the strategist doing the work. Not an account manager relaying messages to someone you have never met.

I am based in Perth, Western Australia, and I work with organisations across Australia. Whether you are a small business chasing more leads, a growing company ready to take your marketing seriously, or a not-for-profit making every dollar count, I am always happy to have a conversation about whether we are the right fit.

What I believe in

These are not corporate values printed on a poster. They are how I make decisions and how I run this business.

Honesty over comfort

If something is not working, I will tell you. If your budget is being wasted on the wrong channel, I will say so. Good advice is not always what you want to hear, but it is always what you need.

Outcomes over activity

I do not measure success by how busy I am. I measure it by the results delivered. Every action should connect back to a business outcome you care about.

Clarity over complexity

Marketing does not need to be complicated. Strategies should be clear enough that you can explain them to someone outside the industry. If the plan does not make sense in plain language, the plan needs work.

Ownership over excuses

When campaigns underperform, I look at what I can control and fix it. No blaming the algorithm, no blaming the market. Take responsibility, find the lever, and improve.

Want to work together?

I am always open to a conversation. No obligation, no pitch. Just a chat about your business and how I might be able to help.
